Racing Duel BMW M3 VS. BMW S1000RR

Here the video about a racing duel between BMW M3 versus BMW S1000RR. This video tells of two friends, Rico and Nico, as they were eating in a restaurant. In that conversation, Rico which had a BMW S1000RR and Nico who has a sports sedan from Bavaria had agreed to try his own vehicle in 15 laps.

Both vehicles have been modified by the home modifications Akrapovic Evolution System. BMW M3 for example, already has a maximum power of 442 PS with torque of 435 Nm. Its speed is very fast, let alone the weight of just 1620 kg vehicle.

Meanwhile, power has also been inflated S1000RR a 198 PS with 118 Nm of torque and weighs 197 kg.

Don’t expect they race inline and who’s finish first in first lap! It’s different, thre rule are they race start in the opposite side of the track to see who will catch who first. ;D

As quoted from ultimatemotorcycling, Ryan McManus says:

“We didn’t know ahead of the race who would win. Most people were saying that it would be the bike and I certainly thought that – the bike did start off really well and had a great lead, but then the rain came and it really slowed it down, so we were all wondering: will the car do it now, because the driver was pushing really hard. But the bike had gained too much ground.”

He also added,

“I had a great time making the film, it was a very cool thing to be involved in. Now I just hope audiences will like it as much as I do.”
