Proton (TM) Inspira, Just Like Mitsubushi (TM) Lancer

Since that the Proton (TM) and Mitsubishi (TM) has a long term cooperation agreement the two companies are in different countries, Proton is entitled to use the platform of the Mitsubishi vice versa.

So, nobody get hurts here!

Proton Inspira using coded 4B10 1.8-liter engine similar to the Mitsubishi Lancer. This machine is then juxtaposed with 5-speed manual transmission and CVT (continuously variable transmission), and 2,000 cc CVT transmission.

Inspira share a platform with the Mitsubishi Lancer. This car is one of collaboration between Proton and Mitsubishi that have been running for more than 25 years. Sepertu who said the Proton (TM), Inspira has experienced an increase in the performance and driving comfort

Inspira CVT equipped Intelligent & Innovative Vehicle Electronic Control System (INVECS-III) – a system that automatically selects the optimal gear ratio based on road conditions and driving. Inspira also presents MIVEC (Mitsubishi’s Innovative Valve timing Electronic Control).

When viewed from the front, it appears the difference in the grille and bumper, between Inspira with Lancer. Similarities glimpse only the head-lamp visible from both the car.
