GK2G was inspired by F1, the concept of go-kart designed by Beau Ried. Does not require a special trailer, pick-up truck or large van to transport it, GK2G unique chassis can be folded allowing to be transported in almost every mid-size car. The entire chassis and body made of carbon fiber materials.
GK2G is supported by high-power electric motor is chock by a lithium-ion batteries.
Carbon fiber is used causes the Go-Kart is very light, which is a good advantage on the track, and when lifted in and out of the car. When folded, GK2G that measures just 30 in. x 30 in. x 15 in. (76 cm x 76cm ??x 38 cm). The overall weight of GK2G go-kart chassis is only 30 kg. Since the construction of fur and lively electric motors, Reid theorises GK2G can mancapai speeds above 60 mph (100kph).
