Celebrating the new model year, Honda (TM) drops the ‘Accord’ title for these 2012 Honda Crosstour. Still a mystery, Honda calls this a crossover SUV but to most people it looks like a hatchback.
As reported, no significant changes in these 2012 model from its 2011 model. Some of them are standard features and new color option. The 2012 Crosstour is available in two model choices, the EX and EX-L, both will powered by a 3.5-liter i-VTEC V6 producing 271 horsepower at 6,200 RPM and 254 lb-ft. of torque at 5,000 RPM. Such a engine gives capability to do 0 to 60 in 7.3 seconds.
The V6 engine is linked to a standard 5-speed automatic transmission while the EX-L is offered with all-wheel drive system.
For these 2012 Crosstour, it gets auto on/off headlights, a rearview camera, Bluetooth HandsFreeLink and USB audio interface as standard, while Honda also introduced two new colors to the range, theTwilight Blue Metallic that replaces the Glacier Blue Metallic, and Basque Red Pearl that replaces the Tango Red Pearl.
As plan, 2012 Honda Accord Crosstour will enter the showrooms by fall 2011. The New 2012 Honda Crosstour Price is $32,000 – $39,000.
