New Abarth Punto Scorpione Special Edition Limited with Additional Winter Kit

Another Special edition models from Fiat (TM), the new Abarth Punto Scorpione. The car will making debut at the upcoming 2011 Bologna Motor Show in December.

Abarth Punto Scorpione SE powered by a a 1.4-liter MultiAir engine with 180 PS (132 kW / 178 hp) and 270 Nm (199 lb-ft) of torque. It enables the car to accelerate from 0-100 km/h in 7.5 seconds, with top speed around 216 km/h (134 mph).

The cars feeatured a matte black exterior, a sports-tuned suspension and a center-mounted exhaust system along with the sport seats, stainless steel pedals and aluminum kick plates. Also added “Abarth Nitro” winter kit whose main feature is a “Nitro Powered by Abarth” snowboard in case the owner likes skiing along with the 17-inch alloys with winter tires and yellow Brembo brake calipers.

Fiat said that the Abarth Punto Scorpione will be limited to only 99 units.
