The Japanese Automaker, Nissan, has recently just revealed the 270Z which comes with subtle tweaks through 27 photos and a video in the internet. It was just less than one day before the commencement of the 2012 edition of Chicago Auto Show. This model will start to be available in showrooms in the United States next June as a 2013 model.
The Nissan’s technicians have made extremely slight changes to the 370Z, which is consisting of the Coupe, Roadster and the NISMO, on all configurations. If we pay very attention to the exterior, it is seen that the front bumper of the Coupe and Roadster has been revised with being added with vertical LED daytime running lights which are positioned similarly to that of reflectors in the older 350Z. There is also a red reflector at the rear fascia that is added for replacing the previous black center cover.
Other changes are the newly designed 18-inch wheels on the regular coupe and the revised 19-inch alloys combined with red-finish calipers and the ‘Euro-tuned’ shock absorbers on the Sport Package models. The regular Coupe and Roadster also gets updated with dark-finish fuel gauge trim and added with two new exterior colors of Magma Red and Midnight Blue. On the other hand, the other model NISMO 370Z will be offered with features such as new Bose Premium Audio Package which is equipped with two additional and two addition subwoofers. Within the model is also introduced gun metallic dark-finish 19-inch wheels and Nissan GT-R style high-rigidity brake hoses, as well as performance brake fluid. However, there is no change at the front and rear fascias as are the regular 370Zs on the NISMO.
The automaker retains the engine unit under the hood of those three models. The Coupe and Roadster is powered by the same 3.7-liter V6 that offers 332 horsepower and the NISMO by the 350 horsepower 3.7-liter V6 unit. Regarding the pricing, Nissan said that it will be clear to public sometime near June.
